Will uploads resume automatically after a refresh?
Resuming needs the original file and a recoverable server task. Refreshing does not automatically complete every task.
Confirm the destination
Check the bucket and folder before uploading and retain the original local file. Refreshing cannot automatically restore local file-read permission, so resuming may require selecting the original file again.
