Account and getting started
Registration, sign-in and product access
Create an account and choose a product from the overview. This guide also covers password recovery and two-factor authentication.
Prepare your sign-in details
New accounts use a username and password; a nickname is optional and email is not required. Usernames contain 4–32 letters, digits or underscores, begin with a letter and are case-insensitive. Existing email accounts can still sign in. Two-factor authentication requires an authenticator code or a two-factor backup code.
Create an account and sign in
- Select Get started on the website, then choose Create an account on the sign-in page.
- Enter a username and password, then select Create account and sign in.
- Download or copy the eight account recovery codes and store them safely. Confirm that you have saved them to enter the console. Codes are displayed once and each can be used for one password recovery.
- After signing in, choose App Distribution, CDN or VOS from the platform overview. The product sidebar provides its management pages.
Choose a product for your task
| Your task | Suggested location |
|---|---|
| Publish an APK or IPA with a download page | App Distribution → Upload app |
| Accelerate an existing origin and manage its cache | CDN → Domains |
| Manage files in buckets or connect S3 tools | VOS Object Storage → Buckets / S3 access |
| Review usage, charges and balance changes | Billing center |
Check after signing in
The account area should show your account and the sidebar should match the selected product. If resources are missing, confirm the account. Retry loading errors rather than treating failed reads as empty results.
Forgotten passwords and recovery credentials
- Select Forgot password, then enter your username or original email account, an AR- account recovery code and a new password.
- If two-factor authentication is enabled, also enter an authenticator code or two-factor backup code. An account recovery code does not replace two-factor authentication.
- Sign in with the new password. Old sessions and unused sign-in links become invalid. The recovery code you used cannot be reused.
- Older email accounts without recovery codes can use email recovery. After signing in, generate account recovery codes under Account details; email recovery is then disabled.
- If you lose your recovery codes but can still sign in, regenerate them using your password and enabled two-factor verification. All old codes become invalid. If you lose your password and all recovery credentials, automatic recovery is unavailable. Support will never ask for your full password or recovery codes.
Service boundaries
Each of the three products has its own resources and setup steps. A shared platform does not automatically connect your storage, domains, certificates and apps.
