App Distribution
App distribution billing
Review pay-as-you-go rates and all monthly tiers, including renewal and additional-package charges.
Current platform pricing
Prices verified on 2026-10-10. These are platform default rates; individually agreed account or app rates take priority.
USD reference prices · Converted using ECB rates dated 2026-11-04: 1 USD ≈ 6.672317 CNY. Actual settlement remains in CNY as shown on the account bill.
USD rates and examples are rounded for display. Calculators apply the original billing rules before converting at the full exchange rate, so final digits may differ from multiplying the displayed rates.
| Mode | Platform price | Applies to |
|---|---|---|
| Pay-as-you-go distribution | 0.011240 USD / 1000 MB registered package size / authorization | Each new valid authorization bills the whole package; an app's fixed per-event price or an account-specific rate takes priority |
| Monthly distribution | From 11.99 USD / package / 30 days | Each package uses the tier below; multiple packages are added together |
Monthly pricing tiers
These are 30-day prices per package. For multi-package apps, look up each package separately and add the prices. Do not combine package sizes into a single tier.
Fractional sizes between tiers use the next tier: 100.5 MB has a reference price of 22.48 USD. Sizes below the first tier use the first tier; sizes above the table use the highest tier. Upload limits still apply; this table does not permit files of any size.
| Registered package size | Per package / 30 days (USD) |
|---|---|
| 1–100 MB | 11.99 USD |
| 101–200 MB | 22.48 USD |
| 201–500 MB | 29.97 USD |
| 501–1,000 MB | 38.97 USD |
| 1,001–1,500 MB | 44.96 USD |
| 1,501–2,000 MB | 52.46 USD |
| 2,001–2,500 MB | 74.94 USD |
| 2,501–3,000 MB | 82.43 USD |
| 3,001–5,000 MB | 89.92 USD |
| 5,001–5,500 MB | 104.91 USD |
| 5,501–6,000 MB | 112.40 USD |
Two distribution models
| Mode | Billing basis | When charges apply |
|---|---|---|
| Pay-as-you-go distribution | Whole-package charge for each valid download authorization | When a new valid download authorization is created |
| Monthly distribution | Monthly app price × purchased months; one month is 30 days | When activation or renewal is confirmed |
How pay-as-you-go charges work
Without a fixed per-authorization price, the charge is registered billable package size ÷ 1000 × the applicable capacity rate. The system first rounds to four decimals in the billing currency; this page then converts the result to USD. An enabled account rate takes priority over the platform rate. A valid fixed app price takes priority over both.
Registered package size uses bytes ÷ 1024²; pricing retains the existing ÷ 1,000 convention. This is a package-distribution pricing rule, not actual CDN traffic or a standard per-GiB conversion.
The system charges when it creates a valid download authorization, without waiting for download or installation completion. Page visits, transferred bytes, completed downloads and installations are not substitutes for billable events.
Pay-as-you-go example
At the public USD reference rate, a registered 200 MB package costs approximately 200 ÷ 1000 × 0.011240 ≈ 0.002248 USD per authorization. 100 new billable events cost approximately 0.224809 USD.
For example, if a fixed app price converts to 0.004496 USD per authorization, 100 billable events cost approximately 0.449619 USD. No additional size-based charge is added.
Monthly plans, renewals and additional packages
Without a fixed monthly price, the app price is the sum of the monthly tiers for its packages. Apps with a fixed monthly price use that price. Renewal charge = current monthly price × months purchased. The system records three decimals in the billing currency; this page then converts to USD. Creating an app does not purchase service time; activation requires a renewal payment.
One month adds 30 days. Active apps extend from their existing expiry; expired apps start from the new renewal time. Monthly distribution has no additional per-download app distribution charge during the service period.
For an app with one registered 200 MB package, the monthly reference price is 22.48 USD. Three months cost approximately 67.44 USD and extend service by 90 days. For multiple packages or a fixed monthly price, use the amount confirmed in the renewal dialog.
During active service, adding packages beyond the paid count to an app without a fixed monthly price incurs a prorated charge: new package tier price × remaining service days ÷ 30. The system rounds up to a whole unit of the original billing currency before converting to USD; it does not round the USD charge up to a whole dollar. For a new 200 MB package with 15.1 days remaining, the converted charge is approximately 11.39 USD. Replacing an existing package does not incur this charge.
The page shows remaining days and the additional charge before you confirm payment and add the package. This is not a pay-as-you-go download charge. The next renewal uses the rate applicable at that time.
Where to check prices and charges
- Go to App distribution → Monthly apps or Pay-as-you-go apps, then open the app to confirm its distribution model.
- For monthly apps, select Renew service and check the monthly price, payable amount and selected months before submitting.
- For pay-as-you-go apps, use Download statistics to reconcile events and amounts by app and date, and Billing center → Spending to review the corresponding charges.
- This page lists platform defaults. The current pay-as-you-go account interface does not separately show the full effective quote. Use Contact and support to confirm account- or app-specific rates. Do not calculate app download charges using CDN prices.
Reconcile billing results
For pay-as-you-go apps, reconcile the app, download records and deducted amounts. For monthly apps, check renewal transactions and expiry dates. Opening a page, scanning a QR code or returning to a page does not prove payment success.
Repeated requests and transfer retries within one valid authorization are not charged again. A new valid authorization may create a new billable event. Deduplication does not mean one charge per device forever.
Billing for a valid authorization does not depend on successful installation. An interrupted download or failed installation does not automatically qualify as a refund.
Balance or service-status problems
For insufficient balance, expired service or an unexpected amount, check the app's billing model, service period and transaction. If a transaction is unclear, query the original record before renewing again.
Charges across products
App distribution, standalone CDN and object storage are billed separately. No per-download app distribution charge during a monthly plan does not mean CDN, storage or other services are included.
